Abstract
결 론
아동의 치과불안도를 측정하는 색채검사법을 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, 초등학교
2-4학년 아동 688명을 대상으로 치과에서 치료를 받는 장면을 그리게 하고 구강검사를 통
한 우식경험도 조사 및 치과치료와 치과의사에 대한 태도. 치과치료시 동통과 공포에 관한
설문조사를 실시한 후 자료를 분석하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다.
1. 주조색 자체의 분포는 많은 것부터 녹색, 파랑색, 노랑색, 주황색, 분홍색, 보라색, 회색,
고동색, 황토색, 빨강색, 휜색, 검은색의 순이었다.
2. 남아는 녹색과 파랑색을, 여아는 노랑색과 주황색을 더 많이 사용하였다.
3. 학년이 높아질수록 휜색, 노랑색, 파랑색을 많이 사용하였고 고동색을 적게 사용하였다.
4. 치과불안도가 높게 나타난 주조색은 검은색, 고동색, 빨강색, 흰색, 파랑 색, 주황색, 노
랑색과 녹색, 황토색, 회색, 분홍색. 보라색의 순이었고, 이 중에서 상위 4개 색을 사용 한
아동의 비율은 10.5%이었다.
5. 주조색별 우식경험치율의 분포에서, 우식치율이 높은 아동이 치과불안도가 높은 주조색
을 많이 사용한 경향이 있었다.
6. 치과치료시 동통과 공포와 연관성이 가장 뚜렷한 주조색은 검은색 이었다.

The purpose of the study was to observe the association between the main colors of
school children's drawings of dental treatment situation and their dental anxiety. The
subjects of study were 688 school children from End to 4th grade. Caries experience
was investigated by oral examination. Questionnaire surrey was done regarding
children's attitude toward the dentist and dental treatment and the]r experience of pain
and fear during the dental treatment. Colors with high frequency of lose were green,
blue. yellow, orange, pink, purple, gray, brown, yellow ochre, red. white, and black in
order. Boys used green and blue, and girls used yellow and orange, more than each
order. As the grade increased, white, yellow, and blue increased and brown decreased.
Colors with high dental anxiety level were black, brown, red, white, blue, orange. yellow
and green, yellow ochre, gray, pink, and purple in order. and the upper four represented
10.5% of the subjects. Children with high decayed teeth rate had a tendency to use
colors of high dental anxiety level. Black color had the most obvious association with
the pain and fear of dental treatment.
